Science has proven that beer bellies are caused by calories that haven't been burned up by your body that get deposited to that section of your body. Why is it deposited there? Men are genetically dispositioned to deposit the greatest amount of their fat in their stomach area.</p>
<p>Okay, now that we've discussed where that belly comes from, (probably those mashed potatoes you like to eat) we can now discuss what you can do to get rid of it. You should start by working on those fat cells that are spreading across your stomach.  While I have already stated that beer is not the cause, it can contribute to your rotund stomach.  Alcohol can make you hungrier (remember beer and pizza with the guys on Sunday night?). But you can switch to a lighter beer with fewer calories and in addition you can exercise more than you drink so that you are burning more calories than you are drinking.  Some of you may think that exercising extensively is too much hard work, so that won't be included in our diet program either. But we will look at the best beers for your belly.</p>
<p>The first thought that probably comes to your mind when somebody says low calorie beer is those light beers that taste terrible.  This article is not going to try to convince you of those beers, because we all know that real men don't drink such girly drinks.</p>

<p>In part 1 of this three part series I reviewed 5 important nutrition building muscle mass principles. Part 2 of this series will discuss 5 additional pointers or techniques that you may want to incorporate into the nutritional aspect of your bodybuilding routines. These 5 additional tips include pre-training nutrition, post workout nutrition, nitric oxide, branched chain amino acids and growth hormone.</p>
<p>1. Pre-training nutrition: As discussed in the first article in this series a well proportioned pre-training meal is recommended to give your body a constant supply to give your body the appropriate nutrients it needs to help minimize muscle breakdown as well as give you the energy to help you get through your workouts. However, in some cases eating before working out can cause some individuals to become bloated and lethargic no matter how well they proportion their pre-workout meal. In these cases it is recommended that you substitute a retraining workout meal with a nutritional protein shake. This kind of shake can consist of 20 grams of whey protein and 20 to 40 grams of a fast acting carbohydrate or some variation of that combination. Consuming this type of meal before or during training can help minimize muscle fiber breakdown.</p>
<p>Another main thing you want to take is Multi Vitamins and Mineral Packs. These are needed by your body to be able to operate at a maximum level. These vitamins enhance the actions of proteins that cause change in your body such as muscle building,fat loss and more energy to get you through the day or your workouts. These are great supplements to go along with your whey protein. They both work together to give you amazing results faster then someone just eating a regular diet. They also insure your brain receives the correct signals from the body, balance of fluids and muscular contractions.</p>
<p>Training too often - Training too often is about like training too long. The difference is, training too often means that you never recover. So, in effect, it's almost better to train too long in one session, than to train too often throughout the course of a week. Some newbies think that training 5-6 days a week is okay. We don't! Training that often as a beginner only sets you up for burnout and diminishing results. Once the honeymoon period of quick gains is over, you'll be disappointed with the muscle you end up losing by training too often. REMEDY: Limit yourself to 4 workouts - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday is a great beginner's routine, because it means that you train 2 days on/ 1 day off, then 2 days on/ 2 days off. It's adequate rest and you'll make better gains.</p>
<p>Growth Hormone: Growth hormone is naturally occurring in the body. This hormone helps burn bodyfat, build muscle mass as well as increasing insulin like growth factors. These are hormones that help promote the muscle building process. OUr bodies will naturally release growth hormones primarily while we're trainnig and while we are sleeping. You can augment the release of growth hormone by utilizing or consuming 7 to 10 grams of arginine before bed. It is a good idea to avoid carbs before bedtime as increased glucose in our systems can potentially minimize growth hormone output.</p>

Men who suffer from this condition are usually overweight, do not exercise enough or have some weird ft distribution in their body.</p>
<p>In any case, pseudogynecomastia resembles a lot to the real one but it's not a disease and is not a medical case. This is the biggest difference with genuine gynecomastia and has nothing to do with hormonal imbalance, other medication and drugs. There could be some underlying medical condition causing pseudogynecomastia, but only if that condition actually helps fat accumulation. </p>
<p>Pseudogynecomastia can occur to men of all ages; it is quite common phenomenon and can afflict more than 60% of men once in their life. Young boys and teenagers with minimum or no activity are also prone to this condition, as fatty tissue accumulates and creates breast protrusion.</p>
<p>Pseudogynecomastia is one of the main reasons for which men decide to undergo some cosmetic surgery; if all medical tests are done and there are no medical conditions involved, pseudogynecomastia can be treated with diet and exercises. In most cases, men have to lose a lot of weight and start doing regular exercises in order to get rid of man boobs and obtain normal, flat and fit chest. Since the main cause of this type of gynecomastia is fat, losing it can help men get rid of both excessive fat and boobs. </p>
<p>Liposuction, an advanced cosmetic surgery is a temporary fix and need to be avoided since there are natural and healthier ways to deal with pseudogynecomastia. Men with this pseudo condition should focus on losing weight and changing their lifestyle. </p>

<p>With daily life being subjected to fast food and larger sizes, it is no wonder that the food we eat and lifestyle we live contribute heavily to diabetes and heart disease. So it is only logical to think that adopting a healthier diet could greatly decrease the impact of these deadly diseases.</p>
<p>What foods are in a diabetic diet?</p>
<p>A diabetic diet is comprised of fresh fruit, colorful and green vegetables, whole grains such as pasta and cereal as well as lean meats such as poultry and fish. In addition, diabetics must monitor their carbohydrate intake. Most foods contain carbohydrates and these are essential for the body as they supply the body with the energy it needs. However, someone with diabetes must monitor their carbohydrate intake as it raises the glucose levels in the body. It is for this reason that patients with diabetes should eat their meals at a consistent time everyday along with coordinating their insulin injections.</p>
<p>Fresh Fruits:  All fruits are free of cholesterol.  They are low in fat and sodium and calories, and provide fiber, vitamins and nutrients, as well as cancer fighting antioxidants. </p>
<p>Fresh Vegetables: Whether green or full of color, vegetables provide the body with vitamins A and C as well as fiber, potassium and folate. If combined with other foods that are high in fiber, vegetables can assist against the fight of other serious and chronic illnesses.</p>
<p>Pasta and cereal: Whole grains provide the body's digestive system the nutrients it needs to function properly, thus warding off serious illness.</p>
<p>Dairy: Providing the body with two to three servings of low fat or skim dairy products a day supplies it with much needed calcium, potassium and vitamins.</p>
<p>Fish and poultry: Chicken, turkey and fish are great additions to a healthy diet. Red meat has been described by many as unhealthy. A lot of diets say to limit the red meat intake to once a month as it is harder to digest and remains in the digestive system for way too long.</p>
<p>To get healthy and remain that way starts with a diet that is low in fat and cholesterol, and high in fiber.  Seafood is great, but is known to be high in cholesterol, such as lobster and shrimp.  Liver also has high cholesterol content and should not be eaten by those who have elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels. </p>
<p>Following a healthy diet along with regular checks of your blood pressure and glucose levels can assist in fighting off many diseases. Having a harmonious balance among these factors battles against neuropathy, kidney failure, heart failure and cardiovascular disease and ensures a longer, healthier life.</p>
