<p>There is a reason Vince Delmonte's No Nonsense body building programs are such a hit and why they work for so many different types of people. His struggle to overcome his body type led him to develop a program that can help virtually anyone transform their body.</p>
<p>Even after working hours in the gym, he could not gain muscle mass. He watched in envy as others did routines and gained body mass with less effort. He tried the routines, but they never worked for him.</p>
<p>He then tried to find a supplement that would boost his efforts in the gym. After reading hundreds of supplement owned magazine articles, he tried many products.</p>

The supplements did nothing for him because they too were designed for different body types. There was even a risk that he might gain body fat rather than lean body mass using these types of supplements.</p>
<p>People who gain body fat easily and have round, soft figures are called endomorphs. Though they may gain lean body mass with some traditional programs, they are not guided down the right path for body fat loss.</p>
<p>Mesomorphs are the lucky ones who benefit from traditional programs. They have a natural tendency towards lean body mass and nice figures, male or female.</p>
<p>Vince developed his programs with body type in mind. He found that by combining certain foods, he was able to gain muscle mass. Because he studied all body types, his program is also designed to help endmorphs and mesomorphs as well.</p>
<p>His muscle-building exercises are designed with muscle challenge in mind. Rather than spending hours in the gym, he has reduced training time to minutes by using a strategy that increases weight rather than reps to continuously challenge the muscle and build the muscle more quickly.</p>

<p>Lets talk about dietary control and exercise. The main idea is to watch what you eat. It is very important to expend more energy than you consume. If not you can't beat the odds. Exercise is important. Though many of our lives are consumed and busy you need to find the time. At least 3 days a week for about a half an hour depending on what you want to achieve.</p>
<p>Don't forget to change your lifestyle. This is not a diet, don't call it that! Diets end when we feel good. The never ending cycle will start again of gaining and losing weight. Instead change the way you live. Once your lifestyle change is made, you will have long term continued success.</p>
<p>Also, have a support group. This can be a hard one for people because we are vulnerable. It is very important that you not feel alone. Reach out to friends, old or new. You can do this locally or online. Metaboplus or Peettrainer are great places for this. Others know things you can't possibly know. They have probably been in your shoes. Share your success and failures. Keep looking until you find the support that fits you.</p>

<p>First of all it's pretty difficult to find information on the Atkins grapefruit diet plan. One common element of cons is that clear information is generally hard to find. The Atkins grapefruit diet is purposely deceptive in its origin to convince people that it is a legitimate combination of two popular fad diets.</p>
<p>Is the Atkins grapefruit diet something that was found locked away in a safe by the late Dr. Atkins The answer is no, not only is there no mention of the Atkins Grapefruit Diet on the Atkins web site, but there is no fruit of any kind mentioned in the list of allowed foods in the Atkins diet Induction phase.</p>
<p>These are the foods allowed in the Atkins diet Induction phase - sorry Atkins grapefruit diet, no fruit here:</p>
<p>Seafood Chicken, turkey and other fowl All sorts of shellfish Beef, pork and other meats Any style egg Cheese Any vegetable you can name Herbs and Spices Fats and Oils Water and other low carb drinks including diet soda</p>
<p>Not a piece of fruit to be found. Later phases of the diet do allow fruit juice and even specifically mention grapefruit. The Atkins grapefruit diet, however, relies on grapefruit to a much greater degree than would be allowed in the original Atkins diet.</p>
<p>The Atkins Grapefruit Diet recommends a cup of grapefruit juice or a cup of grapefruit sections, with 8 and 18 carbs respectively. But the Atkins diet calls for no more than 7 grams of carbs in a day. That's a direct contradiction of one diet to the other.</p>
<p>A smart person would immediately peruse the Atkins web site in search of the Atkins Grapefruit diet. It starts to sound fishy when there's no mention there.</p>
<p>Keep this in mind. Any diet that relies too heavily on one food or food group is going to be unhealthy. The Atkins diet frowns on eating the way the Atkins Grapefruit Diet recommends.</p>
