* Create a meal schedule. You should be eating 5-6 small meals each day to help control your weight. The earlier you eat them, the better. You need breakfast to kick your metabolism into gear for the day. Make dinner your very last meal. If you want some midnight snack, eat with low-calorie.
* Get enough sleep. Make sure you get yourself lots of rest before your wedding. You should get between seven and ten hours a night. Lack of sleep causes the body to slow down your metabolism.
