This is the crux of getting in shape. When you have abs, your body fat is already at a pretty low fat percentage level and you'll be looking attractive.

Tool #1. You need a goal. If I leave my house and go driving without a planned destination, I will probably end up back at home, because that is the only place I know. But if I want to drive to Timmy's house, then that is where I will end up! Same with your fat burning goals. You must set a certain weight, body fat percent, size or look that you want to get. You have to be real specific and try to locate a picture of the body you really desire, and think about it when you work out.

Tool #2. You need motivation. Assume what would take place if you do not get into great shape immediately! Your life will be of a far lower quality than if you did get into shape. Think about the kids, your spouse, your future spouses, the guy on the street who you talk to, that girl in class you want to talk to. Get yourself motivated.

Tool #3. You need to take action. Ideas are worthless unless they are acted upon. We all know someone who told us about a great idea they had but they didn't do it because....... You know the list of "becauses". So do I. Do not be one more statistic once we discuss one in however many individuals today are overweight.

Follow these three tips and you should be able to burn the fat and build nice looking abs.
